The Game Comes In At #1, Highest Debut in History of Cable Television "Booyah"

The Game premiered last night and shattered cable rating history with 7.7 Million viewers. Now that's how you make a comeback.  We couldn't take our eyes off the screen and the hour long premiere was packed with Drama from Melanie having a paternity test done on Derwin's son DJ and finding out it wasn't his to ending up finding out that Melanie's friend who ran the test messed it up.  If that wasn't a enough of a hot mess, finding out Malik was sleeping with the football teams owner's wife gave us one of those WTF moments and made me hit the pause button and rewind.  Malik even screws over his homeboy Tee Tee by having a threesome with Tee Tee's girl. And, when Tasha Mack's new young tenderoni Donte' is revealed, we find out it's none-other than Terrance J of 106 & Park.

I had to do a double take, wondering what happened to Rick Fox? The last we saw of him, he came to comfort Tasha at Melanie and Derwin's wedding. I kind of figured he would be back on the scene.  I will say that Terrance held his own.  The Drama didn't stop there, we catch wind of Kelly who has designer everything with a new attitude that needs some major tweaking. I personally don't like it or the fact that Jason and Kelly's daughter, Brit Brat is a teen and dressing like a hoochie. Not a fan. Jason and Kelly are divorced with Kelly being followed around by the cameras and filming her own Reality show called "Ex Ballers Wives" but something is so wrong about her character now. She's a straight up Bitch. All and all the start of the return of The Game did us proud and we can't wait until next Tuesday to see if Melanie will tell Derwin the truth or will she keep her mouth shut.

The Drama that has kicked off on Season 2 of VH1's Basketball Wives turned ugly real quick last night. Tami Roman attended a charity event with some of the other ladies except Evelyn and Jennifer were not invited, causing the claws to come out big time. Tami came to the event ready to see who was who, who was dating who and when she found out Evelyn wasn't invited, the gloves came off. The event was hosted by Ashley who felt put off by Evelyn and decided the best thing to do was not invite them but when Evelyn and Jennifer catch wind of what is going down,they crash the party. Gloria Gavin is the controversial cast member of the reality show on VH1's Basketball Wives who seems to have seperated herself from the rest of the ladies. Gloria is in a relationship with Matt Barnes. Essence magazine recently chatted with Gloria and asked her five questions that everyone is dying to know. Check out a snippet from her interview below.

Is it safe to say you don't like the girls at all from 'Basketball Wives'?
GOVAN: When I met the girls the first season, and it wasn't a welcoming friendship. This season I got the same type of vibe. I'm not going to push friendship, and if you want be friends -- cool. I think there are two reasons the girls and I clash. One is that I love Matt. We're human, we have our issues, our ups and downs, but that still wasn't going to make me throw him under the bus. He's my fiance and the father of my children, and I wasn't going to talk crap about him to make those women feel better.

Secondly, I wasn't going to betray my family no matter who you are. Just because I wasn't airing out my dirty laundry, I was labeled fake. I chose to make these cameos to support me and Matt's business ventures, but also to set Shaunie [O'Neal] straight. I never worried about what she was doing, and I wanted to know why in God's name she was so worried about me. Shaunie had so much to say in magazines, but I wanted to know what she had to say when we were face to face. I was like, 'Wait a second, you're not just going to continue to disrespect me and think you going to get away with it.' I had to rage up a little bit and set her straight.
