Beverly Johnson's Ex Claims He Was A Kept Man?

Beverly Johnson's Ex is making some strong allegations against her. Mark Burk claims he was hired by Beverly to be her man and he is taking his case to court. Mark filed a lawsuit in California that states he was hired to act like he was Beverly's husband and he also says that in return he would get half of Beverly's earnings as long as they were together. WTH? Seriously, the woman is gorgeous but did she have to hire someone to be her man? And, if you think that is crazy, she even vowed to support him "for the rest of his life in the same style and manner that was established" and he is seeking Palimony. Since the breakup in 2008, Beverly has not held up her end of the deal and Burk wants $5 million in damages. Render me speechless.

Looks like ole girl is about to pay up, especially if their was a legal document. Sorry Bev, you would of came out cheaper if you got on Match or eHarmony.

Crime Files:Teddy Riley Opens A Can of Whoop Ass On Daughters

Teddy Riley's 18-year-old daughter Taja Riley has now gotten herself a temporary restraining order when Teddy decided to beat her and her sister. On December 23rd, Taja, says Teddy punched, stomped and hit her, then he grabbed the Rock Band guitar and continued his assault. Taja claims she suffered several injuries in the alleged altercation including "bashes to temple, contusion on face" and "pain in knee." Teddy has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Taja. The next hearing is set for January. On Top of all this, Teddy took to Twitter to say, "You are so right. i did it for a reason, and i would do it again for them to get it. don't disrespect the hand that feeds you."

It gets better folks. Teddy's people have since deleted his account but is PR a little too late? Jam on that, Teddy!

Tyra Banks Is Done With Daytime Television

Tyra Banks is ending her Talk Show after 5 years. She will wrap up her 5th season in early Spring of next year and will dive into her Film production company and focusing more on mentoring young girls. "This will be the last season of 'The Tyra Show,'" Tyra said. "I've been loving having fun, coming into your living rooms, bedrooms and hair salons for the past five years." Looks like she is following her mentor Oprah but that's just me. Don't fret all you "America's Next Top Model" Fans, her show will be back in 2010. Good luck with that!

Busted: Charlie Sheen Arrested On Domestic Charges

Charlie Sheen was arrested yesterday in Aspen on Domestic Charges. His wife Brooke Mueller called the cops on him. He was taken to the Pitkin County Jail for felony second degree assault, felony menacing and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Cops say all three charges are "coupled with a domestic violence component." He was later released from the Pitkin County Jail where he posted a $8,500 bond. It seems Brooke retracted her statement before she went in front of the judge. Both Charlie and Brooke were intoxicated and at this point, the police are still planning to continue investigating the charges.

As we reported on yesterday, Mary J Blige hit her husband at club M2 Ultra Lounge during her album release party. You can see around the 1:05 mark that Mary was highly upset. Words were said and either she slapped him or punched him but she walks away while the brother has further words with Kendu. Mind you this was witnessed by everyone in that area of the VIP or near by. But there is more. Mary's camp says that she didn't argue with her husband, she was simply trying to stop a fight between her husband and brother.

Mary J Blige celebrated the release of her new album "Stronger With Each Tear" at M2 Ultra Lounge in the NYC the other night and some are saying Mary had a heated confrontation with her man Kendu. A few say he got into a arguement with Mary's brother, had him tossed out the club and then Mary got so furious that home girl sucker punched him. POW! Lots of people saw the whole thing and couldn't believe it went that far.
