We all know that Mariah Carey is a big time Diva but has she taken her Diva standings too far? Mariah was over in the UK on a promotional tour for her new single and she appeared on the morning breakfast show GMTV where she was carried to the Sofa by two members of her entourage and slowly lowered on to it. Who does she thinks she is? I guess Nick Cannon was not on hand to carry his wife to the throne. The GMTV producers were dumbfounded and the host Kate Garraway was at a total lost for words. The UK got a lot more than they bargained for when Mariah showed up and she made sure that any pictures taken of her received her best angle.Mariah also brought her own toilet paper and she had someone walk backwards in front of her so she wouldn't fall. Her rants do not stop there. She even had the nerve to request that the faucets in her hotel suite be switch to gold along with a request for a new toilet seat. You are probably wondering if this is a joke but we assure you that it's not and she is not the only celeb out there that request such ridiculous amenities so they can be comfortable. The entertainment world is filled with celebrities who take their status to a whole new level and start demanding things just because of who they are and in the mist, they have forgotten where they came from. GMTV's, Kate Garraway, said, "I've heard a lot of rumors about her being a diva and guess what? It's all true."
Unfortunately for us, this won't be the last time we hear about Mariah being one of the biggest "Diva's" of them all. I guess if you can't sell records you have to do something in the meantime.
