President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama received a warm greeting from Prime Minister Gordon Brown and his wife Sarah Brown on their arrival at 10 Downing Street. The President and First Lady are over in London visiting.

Today President Barack Obama and British Prime Minister Gordon Brown exuded optimism about a global deal to help pull the world out of recession on Wednesday, downplaying a rift with French President Nicolas Sarkozy ahead of the imminent Group of 20 leaders summit.
